7th Grade English and History:

This is my first year teaching at IJA Academies in the STEM program. However, I have been in the MPESD district for the past two years.

Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family, including my two little girls, and my dog, Zito. I like to read, watch History Channel and be outdoors.

This year in school we will be focusing on our writing skills and reading comprehension. We will be starting Response to Literature essays after the Holiday Break. In History we have just finished up our study of Middle Ages Africa and will be starting up with Medieval China and Japan.
